اهمیت تنظیم نوشیدن آب


تنظیم دفعات نوشیدن آب باعث می شود کارای بدن بالا برود

دو لیوان آب – بعد از بیداری – به فعالیت ارگانهای داخلی بدن کمک می کند

 یک لیوان آب – نیم ساعت قبل از غذا خوردن – به هضم و گوارش غذا کمک می کند
One (01) glasses of water – 30 minutes before meal – Help digestion
یک لیوان آب – قبل از دوش گرفتن –  به کاستن از میزان فشار خون کمک می کند

یک لیوان قبل از خواب – از سکته و حمله قلبی جلوگیری می کند
